WCT/WDT Series
Walchem offers a variety of on-line controllers for your cooling tower applications. With a
choice of two different NEMA 4X models, WDT300/310 (Dual Input Cooling Tower) or
WCT300/310 (Single Input Cooling Tower), finding the perfect fit for your cooling tower is simple. The WDT300 Series can control
conductivity for two independent towers. The WDT310 Series is equipped to control conductivity, pH (or ORP) and programmable dual
biocide outputs. The WCT300 is a single tower, feed/bleed, conductivity controller and the WCT310 adds a programmable dual biocide
output option. All Walchem cooling tower controllers are microprocessor-based with an easy-to-use menu format for programming.

Cooling Tower Control
Walchem offers four different Boiler Water Controllers and Condensate Monitors. The WBL Series controls conductivity blowdown /chemical
feed for one boiler and the WDB controls two boilers within 500 feet of each other. Our WCM controls the conductivity of a boiler’s condensate
and the WDC can control the condensate of two boilers (within 500 ft). All of Walchem’s Boiler Water and Condensate Monitors are micro-
processor-based with an easy-to-use menu format for programming. UL/CSA/CE certified.

TIMED SAMPLE CONDUCTIVITY CONTROL. Intermittent sampling rather than
continuous sampling reduces operating costs on small boilers.
DETECTS FLASHING DURING TIMED SAMPLES. Rechecks the conductivity after
the sample valve closes and reopens if the reading is now above set point.
CHOICES OF BLOWDOWN MODES FOR TIMED SAMPLES.

CHOICE OF MEASUREMENT UNITS. To customize your control
or complement your calibration procedures, conductivity may be dis-
played as µS or PPM; temperature as °F or °C.
CHOICE OF OUTPUT MODES. Each output may be programmed
to run automatically, manually, or to be shut off entirely.
DIRECT OR INVERSE SET POINT OPERATION. For applications
that require reverse set point capability.
PROGRAMMABLE ACCESS CODE. Secures set point parameters.
SELF DIAGNOSTICS. Software and electronics are constantly mon-
itored, without having to take the controllers off-line.
